Approved Paint Schemes now available online

We’re excited to announce that the Fairway Estates HOA has officially approved a new exterior color scheme featuring Dunn Edwards Paint. The new color scheme is available on the resident portal (www.resident.actionlife.com) or on the Dunn Edwards website (www.dunnedwards.com).

  • Accessing the New Color Scheme on the Dunn Edwards website is Easy:
  • Instructions are included on the attached flyer, or follow these steps:
  • Visit www.dunnedwards.com
  • At the top of the page, click on “Color”
  • In the drop-down menu (left side), click on “Color-Ark Pro”
  • In the search bar, input information about Fairway Estates, either City and State or HOA name.
  • While browsing, you may also order free sample chips directly from the site.

All exterior paint projects in Fairway Estates require prior architectural approval. Approval forms and guidelines can be found on the Fairway Estates Resident Portal.
