Dear Fairway Estates Homeowners,

Spring is around the corner and that means a renewed feeling of outdoor projects. We would like approval is required from Fairway Estates HOA, before commencing exterior projects.

What type of projects require an architectural application:

Exterior improvements that change the aesthetic look or function of the home, require the architectural application submission; and may include, landscape, painting, windows, doors, fencing, concrete, HVAC, etc.

Where can I find the application:

The Fairway Estates architectural application are available through the resident portal. Login to www.resident.actionlife.com>Community>Documents, and is also attached to this notification for your convenience. You may always email Action for a copy of the application or questions about a project: managerassistanthelp@actionlife.com.

Step 1: Fairway Estates HOA Approval:

Completed the Fairway Estates architectural application and submit as indicated on the form. The completed application may be emailed to managerassistanthelp@actionlife.com or mailed to Fairway Estates HOA c/o Action Property Management, 1250 Corona Pointe Court, Suite 404, Corona CA 92879.

Step 2: Bear Creek Master HOA Approval

Once you receive approval from the Fairway Estates HOA, a letter of approval will be provided.

Contact Bear Creek Master Association for their architectural application, complete the form, and submit the application to Bear Creek Master along with the Fairway Estates letter of approval.

Please ensure that both applications are approved before beginning any exterior improvements, Fairway Estates Homeowners Association and Bear Creek Master Association. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the beauty and integrity of our community.
