Discover Southern Oregon

Fairway Estates is conveniently located in Sutherlin, Oregon, one of the most beautiful destinations in the Northwest.

The region is a recreational paradise with something to offer everyone, from the hunter and fisher to the wine enthusiast and, of course, the golfer - avid, recreational or just occasional.

Our new community is just a few minutes from Interstate-5, yet also a short drive from the fly-fishing heaven known as the North Umpqua River. Deep-sea fishing in the Pacific Ocean is only an hour away.

Eighty percent of Douglas County is timberland, so you are never far from a park or a forest camp for family enjoyment. Sutherlin's prime location in one of the many valleys between the Cascade Mountain Range and the Coastal Mountain Range allows local wineries to produce prize winning, premium vintages.

Our region offers outstanding schools and diverse cultural and shopping opportunities. And our convenient location on Interstate 5 puts the metropolitan centers of Eugene, Salem and Portland within easy driving distance.
